Supersolidaria in Monteria - 11th and 12th of March
INSTITUTIONAL SESSION OF SUPERVISION IN CORDOBA

Since 11th to 12th March, executives and officials of the Superintendence, charged of supervise to the cooperatives, employees funds and mutual, will develop a wide program of inspection, instruction, answering inquiries and receipt of financial information to the supervised entities in the region.

"Our purpose, said Superintendent Enrique Valencia Montoya, is to facilitate to the representatives of solidarity organizations of Cordoba, the direct access to the services of the institution in the city of Monteria and with direct support from our staff representatives." The Superintendence has only with a headquarters in the capital of the country and therefore we are doing these institutional sessions of decentralized supervision that we started this year in Tunja. We want to ensure a better organizational performance, update their members on the new accounting and financial standards and open a new space for interaction with the solidary sector of the region".

The Institutional Decentralized Session of Monitoring will have four fronts of activities. One of them is the meeting with representatives of 10 entities solidarity between cooperatives and funds of employees in the region, directly by the Superintendence in order to analyze the specific situation of each organization and to formulate plans of improve that ensure better business situation. Simultaneously will perform other open activities in that can participate managers, members of the bodies of social control, associates and employees of the organizations and all peoples with interest in this sector of the national economy.

The opened session to the public includes conferences on topics such as the international standards of financial reporting, credit risk management portfolio system and the presentation of the Guide to Good Governance. Will be held on 11 March in the Auditorium of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, located in Street 52 Nro. 6-79 in the morning.

Likewise, during the two days, the Superintendent will make on service a module care consultations, requests, complaints and claims, and a center of technical support and receipt of reports of financial statements for the entities that have doubts about your shipment or have not done so in a timely manner. This Conference will be held at in the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, headquarter Northern on 11 and 12 March.

This meeting with the solidary sector of Cordoba will count with the presence of the Superintendent, Enrique Valencia Montoya; the Delegate Superintendent for the Supervision of the Associative Form of Cooperative, Juan Alberto Cortés; the Delegate Superintendent of the Financial Activity, Edgar Eduardo Pinto and four officials of the Superintendence.
